Clear expectations for custom console orders before you pay.
Submitting an order request does not automatically create a completed sale. TMD Consoles first confirms the product, selected configuration, included accessories, current availability, turnaround, and final total.
Limited and special-edition systems may have very small quantities or may be listed as backorder/pre-order while systems are being restored and tested.
Accepted payment options currently shown on the site include PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Payment instructions are sent after the order details and final total are confirmed.
Do not send payment until you receive the final order confirmation and payment instructions from TMD Consoles.
Typical custom-order turnaround is 1–2 weeks. If a build or shipment is delayed, TMD Consoles will keep the buyer informed.
Tracking information is provided when the completed order ships.
TMD Consoles sells and ships consoles and storage products. We do not accept customer-owned consoles or incoming hardware shipments.
Any mailing address shown by TMD Consoles is for business correspondence only unless we specifically provide different written instructions.
All sales are final.
The only warranty coverage provided is for a console that is dead on arrival (DOA).
A DOA claim requires clear unboxing video proof showing the sealed package, the console being removed from the package, the initial setup, and the first power-on attempt.
Damage, faults, or changes that occur after delivery or after the console has been opened, modified, mishandled, dropped, exposed to liquid, improperly connected, or otherwise altered are not covered.
Do not ship any product back unless TMD Consoles first approves the DOA claim and provides written return instructions.
Custom and refurbished systems may use original hardware and shells that can show light cosmetic wear unless the product listing states otherwise.
Photos, availability, configuration, storage, accessories, and special-edition details should be reviewed before the order is finalized.
If anything about the product, configuration, shipping time, included items, or order total is unclear, contact TMD Consoles before sending payment.
