No. Special editions are limited and may be in stock, sold out, or in a restoration/backorder queue. The current listing status tells you what is available.
Yes. Our current Switch CFW listings include a compatible microSD card for the Atmosphere and Hekate environment. Capacity is confirmed with the order.
Yes. The specific checks vary by system and are listed on the product card. Custom Xbox builds, for example, include hardware cleaning and functional checks before shipment.
No. Storage-upgrade listings are sold as hardware/storage products for your own games, saves, apps, media, backups and supported console files.
All sales are final. The only warranty coverage is for a console that is dead on arrival (DOA), and a DOA claim requires clear unboxing video proof showing the package, removal of the console, setup, and first power-on attempt.
